Kitchen Positions:

Salad / Pantry: Must be 18 years of age. Food handlers permit may be required. Prepare fresh made salads and sandwiches for an a la carte menu and assist in the preparation of salads in bulk for banquets and buffets.

Hot Line Cooks: Must be 18 years of age. Food handlers permit may be required. A la carte Broiler, Plate up, Sauté positions available. Banquet and buffet preparations. Experience or culinary training preferred.

Dishwasher: Must be 18 years of age or 16 years of age for seasonal part time during the summer. Automated dishwasher; clean dishes, glassware, pots and pans and empty trash as needed. Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain kitchen safety.



Dining Room Service Positions:

Bartender: Must be 21 years of age. Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Position requires knowledge of all aspects of mixology including food/wine pairings and wine presentation and service. Assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.

Server: Must be 19 years of age. Provide superior food and beverage service to club members and their guests. Greet and acknowledge members and guests. Ability to learn member’s names and their special preferences. Position requires knowledge of all menus, buffet and wine list. Ability to time the service of each course is a must. Assist in banquet set-up and tear down. Maintain clean dining areas.

Food Runner: Must be at least 16 years of age. Prepare trays for delivery of food to tables in dining areas. Assists in carrying food trays to tables. Assist with table set-up, room configuration and cleaning for all events. Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period.



Golf Shop Positions:

Golf Shop Service: Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Looking for self-motivated individuals who are team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Answering the telephone, reserving tee times, assisting with merchandise concession, opening/closing accounting procedures with POS system. Golf knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Bag Room Service: Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Loading & unloading members and guests’ golf bags, picking up and cleaning golf balls on driving range, cleaning golf carts, staging golf carts, and cleaning golf clubs. Golf knowledge is preferred, but not required.



Golf Course Positions:

Golf Course Equipment Operators: Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Safe and responsible operation of equipment and vehicles is a must. Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds, be on your feet for long periods of time and walk a minimum of 4 miles per day. Daily job duties entail mowing of greens, tees, fairways and rough areas. Perform cultural practices such as topdressing, verticutting, aerifiction and seeding. Other maintenance duties included.

Golf Course Groundsman: Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds, be on your feet for long periods of time and walk a minimum of 4 miles per day. Job duties entail daily course set up, line trimming, course clean-up, trimming trees and shrubs, planting trees, shrubs and flowers, scouting for disease, insects and other problems. May require undertaking various construction projects and assist with basic irrigation repairs.
